Ichiban Sushi Bar & Japanese Cuisine

Use to eat here alit and they seemed to have done well for gluten allergy. The last time though I did have a reaction qnd got sick. Probably cross contamination. They have told me since that they cannot guarantee not using shared spots for gluten containing items. I wish they would go back to being more cautious with it cause I miss their sushi rolls. Anyone who is not gf I would recommend this place for sure, so good!

Excellent sushi and great service. I always get the spicy tuna rolls and seared avocado! From what I've learned, the hoisin sauce and crab contain gluten. The sweet and spicy sauce was unknown. Obviously, avoid tempura and fried items. The crazy monkey roll is also very good. I have celiac and did not get sick.
