I am a sensitive Celiac. I told the kind gentleman taking my order, about my situation & cross contamination etc. He was very knowledgeable & made me feel confident that they take GF very seriously. They used all GF sauces and made mine in the back. They even brought out my salad with oil & vinegar before everyone else. 10/10 experience.

Our server told us for gluten free it is best to order the hibachi. That we cannot have the soup, though. Did we want two salads (each)? We didn't think so, and when the salads arrived, we didn't really want what we got, which was a bowl of iceberg lettuce with a couple slices of cucumber, with oil and white vinegar for dressing. She pointed out that the hibachi was a pretty large portion, which it was, but nobody was saying we would not have enough food because we had no soup. The scallops were disappointing because the sauce overpowered their flavor. The shrimp were delicious, though and the veggies were good, but the fried rice was greasy. I don't care for sushi, but I heard the tuna roll was delicious. And we are all feeling well, so they did do things the right way in the kitchen.
