The only gluten-free soup they had was the konbu which is basically water. I ordered the Niku Nabe which was all gluen free EXCEPT the pork stick, which I substituted out for extra veggies instead. They had a few sides which were GF like the edamame, spicy ahi wraps, and french fries (not a GF fryer). The waiter was SUPER nice and knowledgeable. She brought me a ton of sides to make the soup more flavorful like ginger, green onions, salt, pepper, and oil. All the sides thrown in actually made my water soup flavorful and tasty.
