They seem nice. I asked if there was anything on the menu safe for Celiac and the waiter told me no.

So I stuck with water while my family ate. The 1 star is not overall quality, just suitability for gluten free.

Knowledgeable staff. Our primary stop when we come to Florence. I get the Grilled Fish Tacos.
