Visiting for brunch: my server told me the chips are fried in a fryer that is shared with gluten, bummer! No chilaquiles for me. I got the benedictos instead - the sopes can be fried on the grill instead of in the fryer. The potatoes (which are also fried in the fryer) were served separately on the side for someone else to eat.
