Best place , My daughter took me here today for my Birthday we drove 45 mins just to get here. both my daughter and I are G.F. I was nice to walk into a restaurant and know I didn't have to worry to much about the menu, since it was all G.F. What a nice feeling for a chance. everything was great that we had there our friend order breakfast while daughter had a burger and I had pasta with bread sticks .5 stars without a doubt, everything is fresh and made there, they ship their stuff all over the US.

Amazing. Seriously can't even begin. Dedicated GF kitchen with Vegan options. I got the fluffiest waffle. My hubby got an omelette with an English muffin (so I could try) and they were amazing. Cinnamon rolls look too good to even describe! They have pizza, paninis, pasta and crab cakes!! Breads cookies and muffins. And they ship all over! If you pass this place you are seriously missing out!

A rare treasure for celiacs!! Amazing!!! Had meatball panini with chips for lunch (their panini are on a flatbread which threw me but it was delicious!) AND I got bread and cinnamon buns to go. All great!! Bread was a bit more like Udi's than I expected. Cinnamon buns were absolutely amazing!! Could not tell they were GF at all and stayed deliciously sticky and gooey for a couple days!! Separately also special ordered a BDay cake and pies. All were amazing! The crust on the pie was thick and crisp and flaky, not soggy at all which is a feet even for regular pie. They were huge, delicious and not overly sweet (which I love!!). Highly recommend this place whether you are on the cape or making a special trip!! Would give higher rating if I could!

All I can say is...wow! We finally got to stop by on a recent trip to the Cape and we were not disappointed! It's a small place with limited seating but definitely worth stopping by. I love taking my family to restaurants that are all GF and you don't have to explain what celiac is to the server. Everything is safe here...and delicious! We tried the waffles, pancakes, eggs, toast, and homefries and it was all delicious and made to order. We loved this place so much we went back the next day for breakfast. And we'll definitely go here again on our next trip to the Cape!!!

If you're ever in the Cape Cod area, make Idgy's the first place you stop. This 100 percent gluten-free mecca has everything from freshly baked desserts and sweet treats like pies, cookies and cupcakes to build-your-own burritos and paninis. Idgy's also has a vegan menu; try their Vegan Avocado Flax wrap: avocado, spinach, caramelized onion, roasted zucchini, and tomato all rolled into a delicious wrap. The best part? Owner Deb Collins is willing to ship anything from their online store to anywhere in the United States! (I may have already ordered a batch of their bagels…)

This is the first time ever that I did not have to tell the staff/server that I had celiacs disease and was severely allergic to gluten. She actually laughed (nicely) and told me I didn't even need to worry. How amazing is that?! I have never felt that relief. On top of that, the food was amazing. So many options and the texture, consistency and flavor of everything was phenomenal. My boyfriend who only eats gluten free occasionally for me even said the flavors and textures were great. If you are in the cape with gluten free children, or anyone with even an intolerance, ABSOLUTELY stop here. From smoothies, pancakes, Mac and cheese, muffins and so much more... This is my new favorite gluten free spot. Hands down. Five stars isn't enough!

We make a trip to idgy's an annual part of our summer vacation to the cape. Its easy to get to off route 6 and its a gluten free Nirvana. We love that everything is gf. That said there are some ups and downs in the actual experience. Staff were only lukewarm friendly and some of the baked goods were bland... Swedish cookies mealy and tasteless, ooey gooey bars were actually dry crumbly bars. My kids pronounced the teriyaki wings inedible. But the paninis were great. I had a tuna one and my daughter had a veggie one. Crispy and mouthwatering! I highly recommend patronizing this gluten free gem just to sample stuff and revel in its gluten freeness!

I am from Maryland, struggle to find gluten free menus, and rarely enjoy eating out. Today I experienced nirvana. Constantly on the look out for gluten free items, I found IDGY's in South Yarmouth and enjoyed an incredible lunch without worry or concern. I was able to order anything without having to ask about gluten. I even had a cinamon bun (for the first time in years) that was also diary free. I asked the wonderful lady that recomended my lunch, roasted portabella panini, about her other favorites. I left with a slice of quiche for dinner, a key lime cupcake for dessert and the following favorites of the lovely lady: Chocolate Chip, almond cresent&Russian tea cookies; pumpkin & banana nut bread; flourless chocolate torte, fruit and peanut butter chocolate bars. I had to have some cheese puffs and I look forward to my English muffin for breakfast. You will love the variety and quality of this delicious new fav of mine!
