Update to my original review: Iechyd Da has a new cauliflower crust pizza and it is the best I have ever tasted! I was in Chicago recently and had a fantastic deep dish gluten-free pizza, but Iechyd Da’s gluten free tops it! I just had the Bada Bing seasonal pizza and it is a little spicy slice of heaven! I also had the mudslide alcoholic slushie and it was wonderful!

I am not Celiac, but I do have a strong delayed sensitivity to gluten. Iechyd Da has a gluten free pizza crust that is baked on its own tin pan. I have never been sick after eating there, and the pizza is delicious! They have gluten reduced beer and gluten free hard cider, but my favorite is their root beer. The gluten free cheese bread is a must to try as well.
