Review of Iggi's Texatarian

The food was good, but the waiter screwed up the order. I specifically told him I needed the gluten free option. He told me to avoid the rice and potatoes would be substituted. So what does he bring me, rice. I sent it back and said it had to be remade because I couldn't tolerate any amount of gluten. They did apparently remake it and I was fine afterwards, but it doesn't inspire confidence.
