The fries are fried in a dedicated fryer. The server also said the cook would be happy to clean the grill. I had a burger without a bun, fries, and a Vanilla Coke! Delicious and didn’t get sick! The menu does not have a lot to choose from but they are known for their fries and burgers. Maybe bring a gf bun along next time.
