Review of IHOP

Happily surprised to find what they call "gluten-friendly" pancakes. And they tasted really good! I assume they don't say gluten free because they use gf batter, but don't have a designated kitchen and therefore can't guarantee that there is no cross contamination. Being as I do not have celiac, it's not an issue for me, personally. I didn't look over the menu enough to see if they carried other gf items.
