I told the waiter I was allergic to gluten as well as writing it down on my order sheet. When the waiter dropped off my rolls he referred to them as the gluten free order. I did all you can eat sushi. I really enjoyed one of my first rolls so I decided to order it again. After I reordered, someone came over and told me the one I had previously eaten had gluten. I was confused and told them that I had just eaten that roll and no one had said anything. They were not concerned and clearly didn’t understand that this was an allergy issue. So I wouldn’t recommend going here if you have a severe allergy because they were not aware or concerned.
