IKEA Restaurant

We had the smoked salmon salad and the salmon fillet lunch. All the food had allergen labels but I still checked with the server to make sure - she was not too reassuring but the lady at the checkout seemed better informed. She said they don't use a fryer for anything and the food is mostly steamed. My son ate the food and didn't get sick.
