I’ve eaten here twice and have had excellent experiences both times. They seem very knowledgeable about gluten and the food is excellent.

Very helpful staff! I loved the gluten free buckwheat bread and cornbread. Gluten free French fries were delicious too. Really pleasant experience and I experienced no symptoms within days after eating here.

This place is a mile from my father-in-law's house and I will be going back. I had a delicious breakfast of a frittata, gf buckwheat toast and cherry preserves, and awesome coffee (French Roast, bottomless cup). The toast was excellent, and reminded me of the good, dense whole grain wheat toast that I used to eat before wheat started wrecking my body. They have a variety of Benedict-like dishes that can be made gf with grits, gf toast, or gf cornbread. As always, interrogate your server before ordering in case menu items change! I did not ask if it was a dedicated toaster, but I can usually deal with some cross contamination. Next time I will order gf flapjacks or French toast with a childish topping like bananas and caramel or chocolate chips and whipped cream :)

Excellent food, New Orleans Style and some of the best Gluten Free food I've had since the South. Very nice staff, with a wide GF selection. I had a BLT which was fantastic, and the staff seems to understand CC, and if you ask can help. I will absolutely be back. :)

Celiac friendly?

Yes

The food was not my style. They do have gf options though. And when I asked what was in a certain spice blend they use, they wouldn't tell me because it is a proprietary blend. Won't be back.

Great restaurant in downtown Nevada City. Dairy, soy and gluten free options - just ask the staff. Good good, fun ambience, local meats and produce - orgánic as much as possible.
