Do NOT go here if you're gluten free!! We were seated quickly because the restaurant was entirely empty. The waitress was iffy when we politely asked about gluten free options, and we could hear her loudly arguing with the chef right near us. He was extremely rude, and said "People who are gluten free know what they can eat" (obviously he doesn't realize that, yes, we know what we can eat, but we have to verify with the chef that the ingredients they use with the food are gluten free). Since they were right by us we asked if there was a problem, and the waitress and chef both yelled at us. The chef was not knowledgeable about gluten free at all, and he told us to leave the restaurant. We gladly left. Do NOT eat here if you're gluten free. They were only rude and then told us to leave. What a dumb business for doing that. No wonder the restaurant was empty. We ended up going to Mackenzie River Pizza and it was amazing and accommodating.

This is an Italian restaurant in downtown Idaho Falls on A street across from the Colonial Theatre. The owner does a wonderful job with gluten free. He has a separate area of the kitchen for it. And there are always multiple choices!
