Like nearly all restaurants in CDMX, GF items are not marked on menu at Il Fiorino. However, our waitress understood GF needs and cross contamination. She steered me toward Risotto allá Milanese/ossobuco (Saffron risotto and beef). It was delicious. Two dessert items were also GF: Pana cotta and chocolate ganache.

We ordered delivery of two margarita pizzas, one GF, one not. When they arrived they were not marked which was which. I called and a guy helped determine the right one by me sending him photos. It would be helpful if they were marked as the receipt said 2 margarita pizzas and at first I was worried we had not gotten the GF.
Although the driver damaged the pizza, half the toppings had slid off, that's not the restaurant's fault. The pizza was tasty and pomodoro sauce well seasoned. It was not my favorite pizza crust, it was crispy and good enough to enjoy my pizza without any negative reactions. I recommend it.
