I have a Nima tester, and their GF pasta dish was not actually GF. My husband tested it after I ate and started to feel sick, so that was a bummer. I was also told that their GF crust was not cross contaminated in the oven because "the oven gets so hot it burns up that gluten bacteria stuff". Thought the pasta would safe, but I guess not ๐

Staff was very knowledgeable. Actually someone ordered a GF meatball pizza for me and ups on arrival was asked if it was celiac because if so, they’d need to remake it without the gluten containing meatballs. Very big relief.

The waitress was great, she double checked with the chef about my questions, they brought my food out separately so it wouldn’t get contaminated by other plates on a tray, and as I always remember the food was delicious. They have gf pasta, pizza dough, and flour to make dishes like chicken parm and picatta gf.
Yes
Great service but the pasta is sometimes over cooked.
