The food tastes amazing. We were told that everything, but the pasta is gluten free. The waitress was flip when I asked more questions, just repeating “everything, but the pasta, is gluten free.” Some items came with bread, which they served on the side. The food was really delicious, but I woke up with a horrible migraine (my typically response to being glutened). If they were more willing to have a clear conversation about gluten and cross-contamination, I think it may be possible to eat here. The waitress just shutdown any conversation. I wondered if they know how to avoid cross-contamination, if they know that soy sauce has gluten, etc.
