Our waitress was amazing ... was extra careful not to cross contaminate. My dining partner is not GF, so was able to order their fonduta with bread served separately. Also have a house chef-developed GF pizza crust that is very flavorful and has a good texture! Did not get sick, even on a busy Saturday night.

Wonderful experience! If you call early and let them know you are coming in they will set aside a separate pot for the gluten free pasta.

Awesome pizza and salads. A little gem in Sheboygan. Staff were very knowledgeable about gf and cross contamination. Will cook pizza on clean baking sheet. Also, wine selection is on point!
