Pretty good pizza and great service. The gluten free crust was tasty. The staff was very helpful.

Their gf crust might be the best I've ever had and no cross contamination issues. I actually enjoyed the crust as much as the toppings!
The gf pizza was really good. My son is a super sensitive celiac and didn't have an issue.

The best gluten free pizza I've ever had.

Gluten free pizza. Lots of options. Shared oven so possible cross contamination but I've never had that happen. Been coming here for 5+ years

This is one of our favorite local establishments to eat. They make an excellent gluten free pizza with any of the unique toppings offered their other wood-fired pizzas. It might not be the best place for the most gluten-sensitive people. Otherwise the staff has always been knowledgeable, and the prep work is proper and thorough.

I let them know that I had a strong food allergy (Wheat), and double checked a couple of ingredients I know can be problematic for me. Their sauce for the hero, is made fresh themselves w/ fresh ingredients.
Then I asked for the HERO but to use the GF Crust as the bread. They double checked with the cook who said, no problem! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!
Nicely crisped GF crust was wrapped like an extra FAT taco around the contents. They presented it cut in half. It was so much, it was 2 meals! I wrapped the 1/2 sand. around the girth with a large napkin (to hold it together), then tucked the extra under.
Eaten by hand, no sogginess, no dropping ingredients. I didn't ask for any modifications except to use the GF CRUST as the bread. Beautiful presentation. My husband & I enjoyed sharing the cold 2nd half as we drove back to DFW. FABULOUS. Cold & warm!
They are not completely GF aware, but they had information within immediate reach of the register, so that you can answer any questions, and the cook had no troubles with the care needed for handling the food.
EXCELLENT, for the experienced pre- educated ALLERGIC persons.
(They don't police the tables, so you do have to ask for refills.)

Gluten free crust is a cauliflower crust made with mozzarella. I was assured that everything was handled cleanly. It was a very good tasting, but extremely flimsy and had to be eaten with a fork. They have goat cheese that I substituted as a topping for mozzarella and enjoyed it. The red pepper oil is wonderful!!
