My daughter is celiac and did not get a gf lunch. She ordered the hummus as a salad. The server was not correct even though he checked with the kitchen.

We are staying at the Hyatt on a work trip, and the breakfast buffet is prepaid for us all week. The food is pretty good, it’s you’re average buffet. Don’t know how often I would spring $40 for this if it was out of my own pocket, but there’s plenty of GF options.

Our waitress, Claire, showed us the gf pancake mix and assured us they were cooked in a separate pan.

Breakfast is great! Staff is knowledgeable about about GF and cross contamination. If you do the buffet, ask the server about gf pancakes. They can make them for you at now extra charge.
