The staff seemed conscious of gluten free but did not fully understand it. The line server changed his gloves immediately when I told him I have celiac but then proceeded to wipe the counter with his gloved hand where bread had been cut “to clean it” for me. Then kept touching the plate (like whole palm in the middle of the plate) so he clearly didn’t fully understand cross contamination. Also this is a very bread heavy place so all the line utensils touch the bread even the gluten free ingredients. They tried but unfortunately I can’t say this place is Celiac safe with confidence.
