Review of illume

Hands down the best sushi we’ve ever had. The server was very knowledgeable about what was Gluten Free. He made sure to bring out gluten free soy sauce and made a note telling the chefs I had an allergy. We had a Wellness roll, Kamikaze roll and an Angry Tiger.
