Staff didn’t seem super knowledgeable but confirmed that the plantain porridge was GF so I could have it. Options in general were fairly limited but I enjoyed my meal.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

I emailed and called ahead. They said via email that everything not fried was GF but when I showed up that was not the case. I had the Salmon without the plantains and a side of callaloo. It was delicious and I didn’t have any reactions the evening of or day after. This was one of my favorite restaurants before my Celiac diagnosis so I was happy to be able to return!

We had two dishes the Vegetarian Curry and the Oxtail stew. Both dishes were amazing. The curry is served with Roti which has gluten so order it without that but the staff, service and the great music playing made for an awesome lunch!
