I’ve eaten here many times and never had a problem. Double double, protein style, animal style is my order. Tell them you have a gluten allergy and they take extra precautions. Very good.

Order the burger “protein style” and it comes in a lettuce wrap. Specify your food allergy - gluten free and they will cook the burger on a separate pan and take extra caution to prevent cross contamination!!! Very understanding and knew what they were talking about!!!

In-N-Out is so wonderfully easy to eat at. The only thing in the whole restaurant with gluten is the buns. They do not have GF buns, but just order the burger "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce. Excellent food, always worth a stop on a trip. I have never gotten sick at any In-N-Out. They are very good about allergy prep.
