In-N-Out Burger

Ordered a protein style double double, cheese fries and vanilla shake. I told them I had an allergy, then Nima tested all three when I got home. No gluten in anything :) :) :)

When you tell them it is for Celiac, and sometimes you may want to say "no wheat", they take it very seriously. They clean grill and change gloves, utensils, etc. Also, they pull fresh food wrappers from a NEW bag! It's as safe as possible. My girls eat there a lot and never have gotten sick! (Same for Glendale location).

I have celiac. The fryers are dedicated to fries only and no breaded items. Did not have the burger but asked them to change gloves and place an order of fries in a "to go" bag to make sure nothing else touched it. Fries were good...and I did not get sick. You need to watch what they do but they were accomodating.

This place is not safe. I have Celiac Disease and it made me sick. Although I told them several times I didn't want sauce, I just wanted a burger and lettuce, my order was filled incorrectly. Sauce was inside the lettuce and not on the burger so I didn't see it when I double checked that my order was filled correctly. Found it about halfway through, but the damage was already done.

spoke with manager who assured me they follow precautions, including glove change, separate prep, different spatulas etc but still got glutened.

unfortunately it’s probably impossible to safely eat at in n out consistently despite their attempts at managing CC

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.
