In-N-Out Burger

Usually in and out is pretty terrific but this time they completely forgot to add my burger to the order. Got back to our hotel and realized I didn't have any dinner. Not a great experience.

Service here was terrible. I have never seen an in n out so crazy slow with a line, even on a weekend.

There were only 15 cars, which isnt that much for night time at in n outside. However, it took over 30 min to get to the window to get our food.

Worse, when we get there they ask us to pull forward and wait for our order. I refused. Told them i had been waiting in line over 30 min since I ordered and it should be ready when all they have to do is wrap it in lettuce. Manager came and confessed they had messed up the order somehow. Very frustrating. It's not that hard to do, and it wasnt that busy (empty inside). Food tasted meh too once it finally came. This manager definitely needs help with her cooks.

They were knowledgable and careful! They make your receipt/order with 'gluten allergy' and inform the kitchen. We get burgers animal and protein style (wrapped in lettuce). Their fries are cooked in dedicated fryers.

Found In-and-out during our trip through California and Nevada. As their protein-style burgers and fries are a no-brainer for gf meals, we went there more than once.

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.
