Amazing! Eaten here a million times over the years. I order a double double animal style protein style with animal fries and never have gotten sick from it! No separate grill but the fryer never has anything else in it other than GF fries so fries are good!

They keep it simple.. burgers, fries and drinks. Their fries are made fresh on-site, meaning they cut the potatoes right there in front of you. They only do fries so there is very little chance of cross contamination in that area. As far as I know the sauce is gluten free but they do spread it on the buns with a utensil as opposed to squirting it out of a container so cross contamination is possible there. I have never asked for special treatment of my food but I am sure if asked they would do there best to accommodate special request. I just get mine "protein style" which means no bun (it's wrapped in lettuce). If you are eating in the car I suggest no sauce if doing "protein style" as it does get a little messy.

In n out always does well, I get the double double burger "Flying Dutchman" style which is meat and cheese only. Or get it "protein style" in a lettuce wrap. Everything is GF except the buns.

Found In-and-out during our trip through California and Nevada. As their protein-style burgers and fries are a no-brainer for gf meals, we went there more than once.

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.
