This location is always busy. There is no dine in here. This store does have a walk up window and outdoor seating. If possible, the celiacs should order separate. They kept trying to put the fries in the bag with my wife's bun burger.Only the bun has gluten but they toast the buns and use a spatula for the spread. However, if you tell them you have a wheat allergy or "bun allergy" then they're trained to limit the possibility of CC. Some of the staff doesn't understand celiac or gluten free. They're training calls it a wheat or bun allergy. The burger is a lettuce wrap. I recommend getting the double double because the extra meat and cheese helps with the large lettuce. Also, if you want it as warm as possible don't get tomato. I find the tomato cools it down too much.

Order "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce
Found In-and-out during our trip through California and Nevada. As their protein-style burgers and fries are a no-brainer for gf meals, we went there more than once.

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.

Order Protein Style for a GF Burger. Fries are made GF in a separate Fryer. Really happy to have had the In'n'out experience!
