In-N-Out Burger

I never have a problem they always put a gluten allergy on the ticket wrap the burgers protein style. If you order animal style fries you have to ask for no grilled onions one of the staff members told me they use the same spatula for the hamburger buns to grab the onions.

They were knowledgable and careful! They make your receipt/order with 'gluten allergy' and inform the kitchen. We get burgers animal and protein style (wrapped in lettuce). Their fries are cooked in dedicated fryers.

In-N-Out is so wonderfully easy to eat at. The only thing in the whole restaurant with gluten is the buns. They do not have GF buns, but just order the burger "protein style" to get it wrapped in lettuce. Excellent food, always worth a stop on a trip. I have never gotten sick at any In-N-Out. They are very good about allergy prep.
