I frequent this In-N-Out to a level that would be embarrassing to admit on the internet. I always state gluten allergy when ordering, never have an issue, and have never been sick at this location. My standard order is 2 flying Dutchmen with grilled onions and a side of animal fries. They will give you forks and it’s a lot easier to eat than a double-double since there are no buns (need to order that protein style + gluten allergy). Note that the most recent “official” allergy menu for INO lists “wheat” and not gluten, but when you reach out to them, they can confirm for you. Tip: you can remove a slice of cheese from the Flying Dutchman if you want light cheese, and the will take off a few cents ;)
