Review of In-N-Out Burger

The burgers are all cooked on the same grill, some with cheese. Only potatoes are cooked in the fryer. Meals are prepared to order, very quickly, so there might be cross contamination. The staff is pleasant and careful to get the order right despite the high noise level. I order mine 'protein style', which is a lettuce wrap, replace sauce with mustard, grilled onions and tomato. It has not made me sick yet. The sauce without the bun is too wet and messy for me.
