Everything but the buns are gluten free. Watch for cross-contamination. Great value.

This was the tightest lettuce wrapped burger I’ve had to date. It was delicious too.

Ordered fries for my celiac daughter. I was assured when we walked in that these would be safe for her. We have eaten at in and out burger many times safely. However, this was not the case at this location. I watched them make her fries, after the person did not re-glove and had just been handling the burgers with gluten buns.

I'm also allergic to soy and dairy and they were very helpfull! Got hamburger without bun but wrapped in lettuce. Fries are glutenfree.

Necessary stop before heading to Vegas. The staff know perfectly what to do with my allergy. Fries are GF. No bun, but they put your stuff in lettuce wrap. Not bad!

They knew exaxtly what to do when I said gluten free. Flagged my order, changed their gloves and made sure it was kept away from the buns. They even walked this East Coaster through how to order protein style the next time I am at an In-N-Out.

Found In-and-out during our trip through California and Nevada. As their protein-style burgers and fries are a no-brainer for gf meals, we went there more than once.

I have never had an issue once telling them it’s a Gluten Allergy. The only gluten in the store is the buns! I was told buns are toasted separately from where the burgers are cooked and the only thing even in the fries is the fries themselves.
