They will make you a gluten free hibachi in the back with their gluten free soy sauce. The spicy mayo is not gluten free but you can get regular sushi and request gluten free soy sauce to dip! One of my favorite places

Staff was very considerate towards my gluten free diet. They were aware of what I could not have on their menu and made my food in the back to avoid cross contamination, and it was delicious! Also they do have gluten free soy sauce here. Definitely will go back!

Edit 1 year later: Chef was cooking my food on the same stove as gluten containing food, very close to each other without cleaning the stove. Then would put more of my food right where he just had gluten, and used the same utensils. Made the chef aware again that it was an allergy and he kept doing the same thing. There was just two of us at the table, he could have just used half the grill for the gluten and half for gluten free. I have only had good experiences until then. Everyone was great, even the bartenders, except that one chef.

Went to dinner with a friend who has Celiac disease and they were beyond accommodating. Make sure you tell the waitress or waiter when you’re seated and they will work with you!!
