Inca's Peruvian Cuisine

Great service, with a great server who was very knowledgeable on what was gluten free. Come later or a bit early to beat the crowds, along with great corn nuts! Wasn’t too expensive, and great flavoring and seasonings! I got the Seca de Carne, which was fabulous. The tasty beans, pyramid of tasteful rice, and the incredible, juicy, tender brisket like meat. You don’t need any knife for this meat, as slicing it with your fork is like slicing through butter. I would absolutely recommend this place to any gluten free person visiting, or living in Tucson.
