Absolutely wonderful experience! 11 yr old son LOVED the garlic fries (dedicated fryer) and got a beef patty with cheese. Kitchen staff is notified of the no gluten items.

You order at the cashier’s table then pick your own seat. They have a dedicated fryer for fries and you can get a burger with no bun. They mark celiac orders with “allergy” and “celiac” which according to the cashier means they will take extra precautions to make yours without cross contamination. The lettuce burger and fries were delicious. Unfortunately, I did get pretty sick so I think there is still cross contamination going on.

I took my celiac kids. We were told they have a dedicated fryer for their fries. The garlic fries are delish. The burgers had lettuce wraps and add on’s like eggs and bacon that were all amazing and gluten free. The customer service was outstanding.

Solid burger joint with a dedicated fryer and a very good military discount. No GF bun, but the lettuce wrap was excellent. The burger dripped over my fingers and was very good. The garlic fries were also outstanding.

They were awesome at gluten free! They have a separate fryer and took everything very seriously. The staff was friendly and helpful. They weren’t troubled in the least to accommodate us! Highly recommend! My daughter with celiac was so happy!

Lettuce wrapped burger tasted great and their garlic fries are SOOOOO delicious. Made with actual cloves of roasted garlic. You will have bad breath for the rest of the day, but totally worth it. Didn’t get sick.

Inclined Burgers and Brews is a fairly new hamburger spot in our small town in Incline Village Nevada. They went through the effort of adding a second fryer so my daughter who is Celiac could have their french fries safely. They always lettuce wrap their burgers on request and their secret sauce is also gluten free. They are the only restaurant in the area that has a second fryer! When you go make sure to tell them you have an allergy and make sure they take caution. BUT SERIOUSLY GREAT PEOPLE AND THEY MADE AN INCREDIBLE GESTURE FOR MY DAUGHTER! Be sure to visit them if you are in town!
