Server was incredibly helpful in identifying gf dishes with df alternatives. Not familiar with cc concerns but are open and willing to accommodate. All main dishes are prepared in freshly cleaned, individual pans. We ordered buttered chicken with coconut milk.

Went to India House for the lunch buffet recently and nearly everything on the buffet was gluten free. They also brought me gluten free bread as a substitute for the naan. The gentleman who helped me had a very high "gluten IQ" and pointed out not only the GF items but the ones that did and did/not contain significant dairy. Also: the food was delicious. I'll be going back.
