When I asked about gluten free options, my server (Parker) introduced me to the owner (Tony), who then personally gave me a quick but thorough run-down of the buffet. There were three items to avoid. I tried about 90% of the dishes that were gluten free and all were delicious.

Most selections are naturally gluten-free. Ask the manager.
