India Palace

I was desperate for food on a Monday night, and all other gf places were closed! India Palace saved the day. I had the chicken coconut korma and the mango sorbet. When I mentioned I had a gluten allergy one of the servers said, “then you’re in the right place!” A different server nicely tried to offer me naan and the other server was quick to intervene before I could say anything to let them know I couldn’t have any. Everyone there was so nice and the food was SO good.

Knowledgeable about gluten allergy. Brought me gluten free chickpea fritter type bread which was enjoyed by both of us. Super delicious! My eggplant meal was outstanding. No problems.

Delicious! Just had Karahi Shrimp and it was just what I needed. I have other dietary restrictions and our waiter worked with me to find the best option. Will have to come back to this restaurant when I’m in Memphis again. Lots of gluten free options.

Lots of GF options and didn’t have a reaction. Food was okay flavor wise, I got chicken tikka masala with a side of mixed pickle, mint chutney, and hot sauce. The masala sauce and mixed pickle had good flavor, but everything was a bit bland for my taste. The hot sauce is HOT.

Loved it here! I’m a celiac and I had the tandoori chicken, rice, and chicken curry. I had no reaction! They say that everything here is gf besides the things with bread/breading. But I would still ask to make sure.

Staff is extremely kind and checked on all the ingredients before serving me my main course. The appetizer that he suggested was not gluten free (he told me this before hand) but my husband loved it. I got the chicken coconut korma and it was delicious! We had mango sorbet for dessert. I’m celiac and had no reaction at all!
