I tried 4 different things on my visit (a muffin, a scone, brioche bun, and sourdough bread). I thought the they were all objectively winners (not just because they were GF and I could eat them) The scone was a bit sweet for my personal tastes, but the other 3 were home runs. Even my non-GF partner loved the sourdough loaf. Now I have to find a reason to keep coming back to Fresno!
