Our waitress was helpful in letting me know this was not a safe place for someone with an allergy/celiac. They do not take precautions other than wiping down the bench before making a gluten-free pizza. The pizzas are cooked in the same wood-fired oven along with the gluten pizzas and they do not cook the pizza in a pan or even a separate spot in the oven. She said they could sweep the oven but the flour is still in there. For me, it wasn’t worth the risk.

Everything was great! I had the GF sausage pizza, the crust was a great GF dough and wood fired. Great service and good. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious and no problem with the GF pizza. I could not believe how delicious it was. I made the waitress double check that it was in fact GF. Highly recommend!
