It is extremely gluten-free friendly. And extremely celiac safe. I do have to mention though, that I went for breakfast with my boyfriend. And I ordered the gluten-free allergy french toast, it was a good experience until the person who brought out our food felt the need to berate me(a celiac who got excited to find a place in Augusta that has options other than eggs and meat for gluten-free breakfast) and my boyfriend. Her/their exact words were, "if you know you're going to order this again, call us first. Because this is a lot of work and very inconvenient." While I understand that them having to clean whatever it is they are cooking it on off and sanitized it does take time, we were the only people there.
I do recommend it, because my other experience there was fine but this one left a bad taste in my mouth. They have plenty of options and can make most things gluten-free. I recommend the French Toast(just make sure to call first so you don't get scolded) or the bacon grilled cheese with the peach jam.
