Review of Insomnia Cookies

this is a chain, i’ve tried it in two locations now including this one. they have the best gluten free cookie i think i’ve ever had & i’ve tried a lot of kinds since i was diagnosed with celiac. they only have 1 choice (chocolate chip) and i wish they had more because it’s so good! they also have ice cream which is really good paired with the cookie (my favorite is coffee ice cream with the choc cookie. highly suggest finding one near you!!! i’ve never asked how separate it is kept from the other gluten cookies, but i’ve never felt sick after eating here.
