Waiter was knowledgeable and if he didn't know he asked the chef. I also have a Soy Allergy do unfortunately it didn't leave many options. I had the American style ribs. They were excellent, very meaty. It came with no sides. And I didn't order one because options were $18 each. I would say this is a $$$, not s $$.

Ate here about a year ago and had the ribs. Didn’t have a reaction, but we thought it was a bit bland. Also the restaurant is inside of the MGM Grand and doesn’t do as good of a job at separating you from what’s going on in the rest of the building as other casino restaurants do, so personally this detracted from my experience especially as the overall atmosphere at the MGM really just isn’t my vibe.

One of the best meals I had in Vegas, fantastic ribs and pork belly fried rice. Staff where helpful and knowledgeable, decent amount of GF operations on the menu. Would definitely go again.

With most of the menu GF, I hoped this would be a safe bet. Unfortunately, something I ate here (fall salad, American BBQ ribs, roasted cauliflower) definitely contained gluten and I ended up very sick.

Get the Ribs Trio! Very tender and so well seasoned. Great flavors. Thai Spicy Beef Lettuce Cups were great as well… beware it’s a spicy dish! So many GF menu options.

Huge GF menu - huge. Lots of great choices from meats, to fish and side dishes. Everything clearly marked on the menu and the food is delicious. Definitely worth a visit and a revisit. Very knowledgeable about food preparation.

Sat at the bar, bartender was JH and had the best customer service. Ordered the potato chowder (best soup I’ve ever had) rosemary garlic fries and the rib eye with red wine sauce. Amazing meal. Meant to come back for the ribs but didn’t get a chance.

The food was sooooo delicious and Celiac Friendly!! They had a separate fryer for the Garlic Fries! They were really yummy. The server was very aware of any food allergies and wanted to make sure he told the chef. I would definitely go back!

Wow!!! So many flavors. They use tamari not soy sauce. Dedicated fryer for the fries. We enjoyed the lettuce wrap, ribs and filet with ponzus. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at the MGM Grand and the restaurant is in the hotel. The gluten free items are marked clearly on the menu. The food was perfect. I had a skirt steak cooked medium rare with red wine sauce and a side of truffle whipped potatoes. The steak was tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious. I also had a glass of Zinfandel. I felt absolutely no pain or inflammation afterward. My friends had St Louis cut pork ribs with a variety of GF sauces. They were equally impressed. About 75% of the menu is GF. I just found out there is a location near me and I will definitely visit again.
