Not 100% celiac friendly but has gluten free bread for sandwiches!!!

I have celiac disease and didn’t get sick. Had a breakfast sandwich (egg, avocado, tomato, spinach, and cheese), on gluten free bread and side of bacon. Two restrooms in the cafe. (At Keystone resort).

Would give 0 if possible. Major staff shortages due to Covid. No GF options.

Not sure why so many positive reviews. Tried to have breakfast here yesterday. We were told there was a good chance of cross contamination & were given very limited options. We left without eating. Not a good choice if you have Celiac. Maybe ok if you just eat gluten free for non medical reasons.

Loads of sandwich options, pretty much everything on their menu. They also had gf baked goods. Mention celiac/allergy so they avoid cross contamination when making your sandwich.

Amazing gluten free goodies. The chocolate zucchini bread is amazing! Great coffee drinks too, even $3 Irish coffee.

Super knowledgeable staff, even advised me against the roasted potatoes to avoid contamination. They cleaned all the surfaces and made sure everything was perfect! Left feeling great!

Very aware of cross contamination and will take extra care. Gluten free bread, will cook on a separate pan too.

They have gluten free bread for the sandwiches. They were able to tweak items to make them gluten free. They also have gluten free/vegan muffins and cookies. So far so good!
