Review of Iron Chef of Central Valley

I had such a positive experience at Iron Chef of Central Valley and have been back quite a few times! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have gluten free soy sauce and will cook your food in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination on the table grill. I always call ahead to let them know I have an allergy and remind them again once I get there.
