They make all of their gluten-free items first and 24-hours after using regular flour and after cleaning everything thoroughly. We picked up some of their Frozen pasties and turnovers and brought them home for two separate meals. I thought they were delicious and I didn't have any bad reactions at all and I'm super sensitive. My wife had the regular pasties and turnovers and thought they were delicious as well. She sampled mine and said there was a slight difference in the taste of the crust, but that's it period
