Update ……. I went back to Isaac’s and the people at the time there were very knowledgeable. Apparently everything is cooked with rice flour. The only non-gluten-free item is the bread they put it on.

As the Chef & Founder of ISAAC'S who also has gluten allergies. I can assure you that every member of our team is fully trained on all allergies, especially gluten.
With only having 5 items on the menu containing gluten that are separated to avoid cross contamination, allergen guides at both registers, allergen guide on our website, and a team that answers specific allergen questions all day.
