ADVISE COELIACS TO AVOID. I was at Miami airport and went round different vendors asking if they catered for Gluten Free. The lady at the till said all their platters and bowls were GF so I ordered the pulled pork platter. Straight after eating I had to run to the toilet and struggled with my usual symptoms after having come into contact with Gluten. I'm quite sensitive to cross contamination so assume that was the issue as all the ingredients should have been GF.
