This is a place you order at the counter. The menu has gluten free items marked on it. We got the jerk cauliflower pizza. It was very good! The lady behind the counter was very helpful.
Update: came back to town in November and they no longer have the pizza because they can’t get the crust. The person at the register couldn’t help me so we left. Very disappointed.

My wife is a celiac and I'm not. The owner, Ms. B, f talked us through the menu. She was having problems sourcing GF soy sauce so the jerk was temporarily not GF. She recommended the goat curry for my wife but using chicken rather than goat. We felt we were in good hands. Ms. B offers a variety of deserts regrettably non GF as of this time. For those who are not GF, Ms. B's non-GF boozy cake is interesting.
The portions are truly huge and the tastes are from the islands. Brown rice & beans, jerk chicken, plantains and season cabbage were memorable. A little heat but, enjoyable. My wife's curried goat (aka chicken was) favorable but not overpowered with curry.
We enjoyed talking to other customers while waiting for our food. The restaurant has a few tables but Newcastle Street in Brunswick has many small squares to sit and eat. We are docked in Brunswick aboard our sailboat. Island Jerk is a weekly treat for us.
My suggestion...get off I-95, slow down and discover Brunswick, Georgia and Island Jerk.
