Ate here for lunch our last day on the big Island. Wish we would have stopped earlier. Note I am not celiac but I do abide by the diet due to a wheat allergy, my wife is Celiac. I had the BBQ pork sandwich and my wife had the fish Tacos (corn shell available) with Coleslaw. We enjoyed our meal, GF buns are additional cost but one of the best bus I have ever had. The Buns are baked on the Island, and the Beef is raised on the island as well. They have a dedicated frier & oil for fries. Does not appear to have a dedicated section for GF for those with a severe Celiac.
